Building Foundations for the Future: Chapter Succession Planning
Looking for ways to keep your Chapter strong for the long haul? On May 3, ASFMRA National will host the “Building Foundations for the Future” Chapter Leadership Workshop, presenting a perfect opportunity to learn about how succession planning can benefit your Chapter.
The 2.5-hour virtual event will include whole-group discussions, breakout group activities, and presentations from fellow ASFMRA Chapters about their experiences. You will also have the opportunity to attend the half-hour "Succession: How to Keep Your Organization Strong Enough to Pass Down" session with Vance Crowe, which will impart strategies to ensure the continued success of your organization.
At the end of the workshop, ASFMRA staff and leaders will share insights on the future of the Society’s education and events, review course and seminar offerings and explore registration options. In addition, you'll receive instructions on pulling membership and event data for your Chapter. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn, share and connect with fellow Chapter leaders from around the country.
The Chapter Leaders Workshop series will comprise three 2.5-hour virtual workshops with ASFMRA National staff and fellow Chapter leaders, where you can learn and share best practices in a convenient online format. Whether you're a Chapter President, Chapter Administrator, Chapter Secretary, or someone soon to be in one of these roles, this workshop series is designed to help you advance your Chapter and make the most of ASFMRA services and resources.
Anyone in a current or upcoming Chapter leadership position can register. The ASFMRA would like at least one representative from each Chapter to attend each event.
