He will then transition into real-world applications through case studies, demonstrating how generative AI can ethically and effectively be used by real estate appraisers. These cautionary tales will equip you with knowledge and best practices for appraising, organizing, and handling tangible belongings.

In this session, Tanner will cover the macro economy, including GDP, unemployment, inflation, interest rates, and geopolitical and political issues that affect the economy. The commodity section of the outlook will cover agricultural commodities, including grains and oilseeds, livestock, and dairy, and the price outlook for each commodity. The agricultural economic section of the outlook will cover net farm income, farm expenses, farm financials, and the outlook for land values.
