Ag Credit Country Mortgages, ACA Commercial Appraiser (December 2012 – May 2014) Lending cooperative with over $1.5 billion in loans servicing Northwest Ohio. This entailed negotiating a multi-million dollar purchase contract with American Electric Power in Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities included designing and implementing alternative asset management strategies that fit into the company’s strategic direction, leveraging state and federal legislature to increase company profitability, and develop new prospects in the form of partnership ventures. Flying K Ranch Angus LLC Partner (January 2001 – Current) Family run Black Angus cow calf operation in Findlay, Ohio producing dry aged, pasture raised, and locally grown freezer beef.
