Matt has led the valuation of a variety of property types ranging from 40-acre recreational tracts to 50,000-acre row crop operations and appraised facilities ranging from controlled atmosphere storage to commercial grain operations. Matt is an experienced review appraiser and has also managed the valuation of complex agribusinesses that include real property, personal property, and business equity components.

Bio

Currently, Matt oversees the annual valuation of $1.5B in agricultural assets across International Farming Corporation's funds and aides in the due diligence process when investing in new markets. As a fee appraiser, Matt focused on the valuation of agricultural real estate in the southeastern United States. Projects completed include the appraisal of several hundred farms and associated improvements ranging in value from $1MM to over $100MM. Clients included a variety of large national lenders and institutional investors.
